Our estimating staff is specially trained and
qualified to inspect and provide a written estimate
for your vehicle after a collision. Through years
of experience they are able to access possible
hiddent damage and to accurately estimate the cost
of restoring your vehicle to factory
specifications. Their responsibility does not stop
there. By working closely with our technicians
during the repair process, any items not detected
during the initial estimate are evaluated and a
course of action is determined to assure a proper
repair. Our estimators are continually in contact
with the vehicle owner, and when necessary, the
insurance adjusters.

Repair
Process:
GTA's repair technicians work closely
with our estimating team to assure that
your vehicle is restored to factory
specifications. Their training and
expertise go far beyond the repair of
visible damage of your vehicle. They are
trained to evaluate the extent of damage,
to assure that the repair of your vehicle
is structurally sound and meets factory
specifications.

Refinishing process:
Our refinish technicians are trained to restore
the exterior finish of your vehicle to factory
condition. We have the equipment and certified
technicians to apply factory sealers, base coats
and clear coats to equal the existing finish on
your vehicle.

Auto
Detailing:
We offer an additional detail service
to our customers.The appearance of your
vehicle may benefit from a complete detail
after a repair or periodically throughout
the year. Our estimating staff will
discuss these options with you during the
repair process, or you may call if you
have questions.

Insurance claims
handling:
Our office staff can assist in processing insurance
claims after you have contacted the insurance
company. In order to assist you we need a claim
number and insurance company information. We will
stay in contact with the insurance company during
the repair process and keep you informed of the
repair and claim status.
Auto-Glass service:
As an added benefit to our customers, we offer
glass repair and or replacement with mobile service
upon request.
Towing Service:
For towing services, simply call 818-349-4920.
During business hours we will arrange for towing of
your vehicle to our facility. A referral number is
available if towing is needed after business hours.
Your vehicle will be picked up and safely stored
until our next business day at no additional charge
to you or your insurance company. Please mention
GTA Autobody to the dispatcher.
Rental Cars:
Rental cars can be arranged for your
convenience with pick up at our facility. Our
partners, Hertz and Enterprise both comply with
insurance company requirements.
Warranty:
GTA Autobody guarantees all parts and
workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.
This warranty meets or exceeds all insurance
company requirements. Please contact
